It's great when it's made how you ordered. If it's wrong you will not get an apology or a remade item without bringing the food back.
Awesome shop. I’ve never had a bad meal there. The staff is always friendly; even when I’m under caffeinated and not making sense. The bagels and sandwiches are delicious, and salads are fresh and a decent size.
Fantastic bagels with sandwiches and other deli items. Big party platters, discounts for medical and pharmaceutical representatives, and catering is wonderful for big or office orders.
If you want a solid breakfast sandwich, this is the place to go! Everyone knows that. The service here is pretty great. They are generally fast, even during their busier hours. Out of the many times I've been, I've only had an issue with the order being incorrect one time. They remade my order pretty quickly, even though it was during their rush. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the rest of their menu items aren't super solid. Tried their panini and powerhouse sandwich before, but they left a lot to be desired. Oh well, I'm still loyal to THB for all my breakfast sandwich needs.
I call in and order a BEG, 4-5 mins before arriving. Its always ready to go when I arrive. No complaints. Friendly staff and cleanly establishment.
