I absolutely LOVE this place. It isn't just a salon experience. I feel so at home here! I found 'Image Is' randomly just before my wedding in 2015. I was told Jamie was the bridal hair expert, and she certainly delivered (I've been getting my hair cut by her ever since)!!! I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and she did EXACTLY that. Debi made an otherwise uncomfortable waxing appointment, much more comfortable for a first-timer, and Ann (who performed my manicure and pedicure) actually BOUGHT my favorite polish and sent it with me as a wedding gift (having never even met me before). Needless to say, you couldn't DRAG me to any other salon.
This is my go-to place to get my hair cut and colored. I always make an appointment with Shannon because she's really laid back but does a really thorough job. I have really thick hair and she still takes the time to blow it all out even though it takes forever!
Ashleigh is my favorite hairstylist/esthetician I have ever had. I have extremely unique hair and she not only was able to successfully give me the color and highlights I wanted, her haircuts are on another level of great! If I wasn’t moving out of state I’d never leave! Thanks Imageis!
I’ve been to many salons but this is the only one where I’ve received exactly the style I wanted. Ashleigh is AMAZING! This salons customer service is impeccable from the owner to the lovely shampooer. This is the only salon I will go to from now on!
