This store is awesome. The employees there are not only informed about their products, but they are also experienced travellers and campers. They are super helpful and knowledgeable.
Love this store. They have an easy "no problem" return policy, which I've never needed. Their products and staff are top notch! Ladies apparel gets better every season! Really great stuff for city to mountain top!
Dropped of a bike for service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who listened and suggested the least expensive option. I didn't feel like I was working with a salesperson trying to get me to spend more money. I also appreciate that REI has a reduced price for co-op members.
I absolutely love this place. Yes it has the perfect variety of awesome gear of all sorts. But on top of that, the staff is 100% real, honest, enthusiastic, outdoorsy, knowledgeable, helpful, cool AF, trustworthy, and simply great.
Always a nice place to pick up outdoor equipment and clothes for all seasons. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the return policy of REI is excellent. The only quirk of note is the weird parking lot entry/exit (i.e. don't come through the bank or Rite Aid).
Oh yeah, there's a sushi joint, pizza joint, and sports clips next door.
If you love the outdoors and you don't know yet, then you need to wake up and head over.
