There is simply no better dentist than Dr. Myron Kellner and no better staff - anywhere. My wife is extremely dental phobic. We found Dr. Kellner a number of years ago and he was able to make her comfortable and accommodate all her needs. We recently relocated to the Carolinas and after an exhaustive search we just couldn't find anybody that made her comfortable enough to continue the work she required. We now "commute" to MD for any work she needs - he is that good!!! Linda, Nicole and the rest of his staff are like family, and treat us the same, and Dr. Kellner is so kind, compassionate and understanding that we just won't go anywhere else. If I could add more stars to my rating, I would. Thank you so much Smile Design Center!!!
I have always had a favorable outcome in all my many visits to Dr. Kellner. He has cone excellent cosmetic work and has been a consummate professional in all areas. The office staff goes out of their ato make one feel comfortable.
At 64 years of age I have spent my life deathly afraid of the dentist visit. I am officially over it! Great experience, no pain...and elected not to use sedation after meeting with the staff and Dr. Kellner. Office experience is great, down to the green tea they made me. Genuinely nice team and Dr. Kellner is a gentleman. I recommend this team if your considering a switch or looking for a new experience. Its 9 PM and Dr. Kellner himself just called me to see if I needed anything after this morning's procedure. Unique.
I had a great experience during my visit. Nichole is always such a pleasure. She took the time to talk to me at the top of the morning during my visit. This meant a lot to me because, I was not fully awake and with each word she spoke, I began to escape the fog in my head. Vicki is just a beautiful treasure. She makes sure your teeth are clean. I love how she looks after me during the treatment. My smile was much brighter than when I walked in and that is a great thing. Kelli is always a burst of sunshine in the office. As she moves about you can see the glittery sparkle of sunshine follow her. She is always amazing. Dr. Kellner, is always a joy to see. He has the most beautiful smile and is always thoughtful in the care and recommendations he provides. My smile is going through some amazing transformations and I am more confident than ever to smile. This team has transformed my life more than I can ever say. I am just grateful to them for the work and the work ethic. The service provided to me is just priceless. Some things are worth paying for and this dental practice is it. What I have back is far more valuable.
While I am not a patient, I am a dissatisfied customer. I purchased a $125 groupon that was to be good for a Zoom Whitening. One month after its expiration date, I called the office because I hadn't been able to use the groupon. The groupon is good for the value paid with no expiration. They said there was nothing they could do other than allow me to pay another $150 and get the whitening. After discussion, they finally agreed to give me some whitening gel. They tried to tell me I would be required to buy trays to use with the gel, or they wouldn't give it to me---another $125. I have my own trays and they decided to give me the gel. I just picked it up---looked up online the price for exactly what I was given: $16.99. This office sure did make a good bet when they entered into this groupon deal---hope the groupon customers don't use it before it expires and then they've made money on it. No regard for the expense to the customer---who may have continued as a customer had they received a satisfactory experience. Shameful.
