From the minute I callled Rick at the Electric Tech to tell him my problem to the minute Steven left my house the service was kind helpful and friendly. In fact, no work was even done on my outlets because Steven informed me that Sears had misinformed me about my new washer and I didn't need a 220 outlet. He saved me 300 dollars, called some colleagues at other appliance stores to double check and left me feeling confident that Electric Tech was the best group of electricians I had ever dealt with. I sat down immediately and called Rick to tell him how wonderful they had made me feel and how thankful I was to save that much money. Thank you!!
