I had a great experience from start to finish. I was never pressured at any point for the purpose of making a sale. I love how I was walked step by step through the process of picking out details for my shed, ordering and then having it installed. It was installed even sooner then I expected. The manager Aaron is so kind and considerate. He came personally to do an insight inspection and followed up after the installation. I believe you can trust this company 100%. I have been looking into buying a shed for the past 2 years. I stopped by the Timonium location one day and spoke to JJ. She was very knowledgeabke, helpful, and friendly. We went through many alternatives until I decided in what fit my needs best. Then she helped me with all the options and guided me through what I may need. There's alot to go through, so having someone who knows about it is vital. If you do it yourself, you will forget or omit something. My shed was delivered today and was awesome. Looked great.
