I went for the first time to see a new doctor. She was great she listened to all my concerns. She set up a medical regimen for me with my asthma meds and even helped me put together a diet plan with out judgement. I go back in a month to see if I'm making progress or if we need to explore other options. I love that she is not pushing new asthma meds or even weight loss meds but trying to work with me first.
