Great Customer Service! As a dedicated DIY, I have found The Tile Shop to be most helpful in providing suggestion to solve problems. Using their recommendations, I completed 2 baths, kitchen, and a fireplace make-over with no issues. I highly recommend them for DIYers.
I had an upsetting experience with a rude employee here.
When we got home my wife put the samples in our bathroom and was just not happy. A few days later we went to another tile dealer and found something completely different. Since we already had an order with The Tile Shop I wanted to give Steve an opportunity to change our order. Today I went back and after searching their stock Steve said he didn't have anything close. He recommended we go with the other dealer, no pressure or hassles. I have two more rooms to tile, and told Steve I will definitely be back to give him another shot.
Absolutely no one said hello, or do you need any help? I felt invisible as staff members walked past. Horrible customer service. I don't care if they had the best prices and best tile, they will not get my money!
This is a rather unusual review, in that I didn't buy anything at The Tile Shop but was still very impressed! We went there a week ago to pick out tile for our master bathroom. This is by far the biggest tile showroom I've ever seen. Our sales rep Steve was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially since for awhile he was the only person in the entire store. We spent hours picking out tile, and Steve was very helpful in helping put together all the different sizes and styles. Finally we made our selections and placed an order. Steve sent us on our way with samples and told us it was no problem changing or cancelling the order.
