Overall bad experience from just one incident I've been going to this dry cleaner now for a while and had built a relationship with the owner one thing goes bad seems like every year but I'm sure its more than that I brought him over 600 dollars worth of clothes and got tons of ink stains on them after that he had 3 weeks to fix them and had failed to do so with wrinkles burnt creases and holes now added to the clothes as well as faded he would not replace them as well as rectify the situation kept saying no problem I'm Korean yet there was a problem then started to raise his voice at me I will never ever go there again take your stuff to j&j' s he does not have business insurance stay away also funny thing is my boss said something previously which I wish I would have noticed before continuing to go there thanks Steve for the input it's quite accurate
Horrible service and even worse customer service. Working in the area the last year I had started going to Kirsh Cleaners due to the convenience of their location. Never again. My last trip was the worst and the last. I had dropped off several casual winter button downs and 3 pairs of dress pants for dry cleaning. The shirts I requested to be box folded so I could store them for the winter. When I went to pick them up 2 days after the date they were to be ready. The shirts had not been folded. They were still on the hanger. When I reminded the owner I had paid to have them box folded he hurried into the back. He came out less than a minute later mumbling something of an apology. This in itself is no big deal. The problem was the shirts were never properly buttoned. They were not properly folded which completely negates the point of paying to have them box folded (which is not cheap and costs extra). He did not offer to fix them or deduct the cost. Only he would vaguely "make it up to me". The following morning I put on a pair of the dress pants. These were a brand new pair of suit pants I had just purchased and taken to have pressed before wearing. When I put them on they now had a perfect hole in the left leg. When I went back to talk to him about the issue he was arrogant and all of sudden his English became unintelligible. Assuming at the very least he would apologize and refund the $6 even though he ruined the matching pants to a $350 suit. Nope... none of that. You would think someone would care about his customers that bring him a couple hundred dollars worth of dry cleaning each month. This guy apparently does not. Business must be that good. I would avoid Kirsh Cleaners at all cost.
