I came here to get a drug test done for a new job. The staff was very friendly. I waited for about 30 minutes before my name was called, which was not that bad considering how many people were ahead of me. Directions for the test were clear and the woman who administered the test was very professional and kind. Enjoyable experience.
My experience was great however I didn't get the physical because of my ICD. I'm going to get working though and try again later.
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The only reason I marked them down at all was because I had to jump through some paperwork hoops for completion of DOT physical due to discretionary medical condition.
The front desk was great but the actual process wasn't. I felt rushed an didn't receive my proper weight, I was told I weigh 110 which is not true at all. But I brushed it all off to go about my day. Get better !
My experience with concentra was simply amazing! The staff was professional, and knowledgeable. I’m not a big fan of clinics in general but I definitely will be returning!
