Ron was amazing. On time and very professional, he took one look at my hot water heater, analyzed the problem, and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. Although the problem began over the weekend, which happened to be Christmas weekend, and then there is the AHS process, H&K responded to my issue with a since of urgency that I am very grateful for. They are a small firm, but I found them knowledgeable, and very professional. Would hire them again, even if outside of the warranty. Great Job, Thanks...
Guess you can't always trust reviews. I had Advanced Drain Cleaning (referred by American Home Sheild) replace my hot water heater (power vent system). Ron & the other tech were awesome. Very professional, honest and down to earth guys. 5 Stars. Thanks fellas!

Advanced Drain Cleaning Services was sent to me be American Home Shield, a home warranty company. I had no say on which company would come and fix my water heater. After I contacted AHS, I received a call from Advanced Drain Cleaning Services and an appointment was set up. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem(s) and presented me with an itemized estimate. The estimate was submitted to AHS and within a few hours I was contacted by AHS. AHS stated that they had the estimate and would be ordering a new replacement water heater. They also stated that they will also cover a few of additional items on the estimate. Additional items not covered on the list included upgrades, because of new code improvements. This made sense to me and I approved the work. I was then contacted by Advance Drain Cleaning Service and given a time for installation. They arrived within the window time and installed the water heater. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant (even after my thousands of questions). They cleaned up after the job and left nothing for me to do but turn on the faucets throughout the house and drain the lines of air. Very professional job. I will use Advanced Drain Cleaning Services for non-warranty work.
It has taken 8+ days to get anything out of this company. The woman that is supposed to answer the phone does not and if she does she supplies you with little to no info. We are going through American home shield and are beginning to think it’s not even worth it. We are in need of a new hot water heater and we have no water in our house at all, nobody seems to care at H&K. Still waiting on a phone call after leaving 10+ messages. Very dissatisfied customer.
