Horrible...took over 20 minutes to make a deposit. 1 teller and by the time I left there were 10+ people in line. Did I mention that the manger had the 2nd teller pulled away for something else. RIDICULOUS!!!!
The absolute slowest yet un-crowded Bank of America I've ever been to in my entire 10 years of banking with Bank of America. No sense of urgency whatsoever. 2 people in front of me and I waited over an hour to get a temporary debit card. I sat around and waited while what appeared to be the branch manager did nothing. I've been to other banks where managers have assisted when a wait was this long. I will never again come to this bank and I I'll tell anyone I know not to use this branch. Absolutely terrible.
