However, the staff!!! Oh boy! What a great crew they have there! Smiling and helpful people!
Attention Attention attention!!!!! My experience today Was horrible manager was very rude. Love it .was open I enter into the lobby.. A wait 15 minutes to get someone attention to me And after that They refused To serve me. Some worker Call the manager to Lobby. Black Fat lady manager was very rude saying the closed and literally kick me out of the Lobby On frizen and cold outside. I own my business and from my business experience I would far the person right away probably it's not her 1st offense

The food was great, which was not a surprise!
In fact, the real difference was the smile and the offer to collect the trays from the guests who had finished their meals.
Horrible. Just horrible. My sister was trying to order her food, and the person taking the order was interrupting her by yelling at another co worker. She did this 3 Times. When we went to the second window to our food, she messed up on her order. And we told them that she messed up on order, they gave us an attitude. We had to wait for 10 mins to get the food. And when it came, there was no coupon for the inconvenience. Yup, never going back there again.
The guy in charge of the cleaning (it's a shame I didn't get his name) was so nice and efficient! I told him he keeps the place cleaner than the OR in some hospitals!
Food was good and well prepared. Drive thru lady was so nice she gave me a Happy meal toy when I asked for one. I never expect too much from fast food, but this location was good.
Not sure why it's an overall 3 star or so review . But these guys here are fantastic . Food and drinks always fresh and always respectful . I wish they could get paid more 10/10
