It's located in a very busy strip mall, navigating the parking lot can be tough.
Great space, but staff seems to forget the counter in servicing the drivethru
There are numerous Starbucks shops along York Rd between Towson & Hunt Valley; imo this one is by far the best. It looks like they get a ton of business, but they handle it very well. As to the infinite combinations of coffee drinks that can be concocted: they're the only Starbucks that gets mine just right every single time. I've never had to say "a little more of this", or "not as much of that"; it's been correct since the 1st time. Finally, all of the staff I've encountered have been so nice, even when the place is bursting at the seams with customers.
Haven't been inside, have only used the drive thru. One visit there was a long line which moved a tad slow. Next visit, no line. Both visits were the same time of day. No inappropriate tip jar in the drive thru window like other locations.
Beverages here are better than the location a bit further south. No burnt taste from the espresso and not skimpy on the flavoring.
A fantastic new location with a drive through and plenty of seating! A new and friendly staff make a great addition to the storefront and will continue to make Starbucks proud of its employees. If you go here and are disappointed understand that new staff means lots of training and that your drink can always be fixed, as is Starbucks' customer guarantee!
Hint: most customers use the drive through so if you have a minute to park and go in you will be served in a very timely fashion! Plus they recognize you and are very enjoyable baristas!
Staff have been rude both days I have visited. Last week, my order was incorrect and the barista was rude about it. Today, I stood in line for five minutes without being addressed.
