Didnt give me a title to the vehicle even though it was completely paid
Everything was great until after we signed the paperwork. When we went back to pick up the vehicle the salesman damaged the passenger side mirror. Took an additional 3 days to fix. The gas tank was empty and we were told that the person in charge of gas was gone for the day. The vehicle was missing some of its floor mats as well as the 2nd car key. It took 4 weeks to get the issue resolved! I will say that the parts manager, Ryan and his department were amazing and handled the key situation once I reached out directly to him. The issue is with the salesman and management of the dealership. I do not recommend this dealership.
I have been coming to this infiniti service center for 5 years with two vehicles and always have reliable reasonable fast and trustworthy service.
Took my 2012 Nissan Rogue in on 9/9/15 for a leak. It was taken on time and the wait was reasonable. The conclusion was I needed a part and some sealant that had to be ordered and that would take a few days. After a week I started calling and was told again that they will call when it arrives. After almost 2 weeks I called and was told by the rep in parts that it was there and had been since 9/16.
I immediately called for an appointment today(Monday) and can't take it in until Thursday. I've already cancelled a trip because I don't want to drive a car with a leak that could damage the engine. I've called several times to ask if it is safe to drive ,left messages and never got a response.
