The "new" website is so difficult to use that I've spent hours with online support and live chat to do simple, basic transactions. It takes days and days to process transfers to other banks. Got a loan? You will never be able figure out your balance or finance charges and customer support can't figure it out either. Use quicken? forget it. You can't figure out where the fees and charges come from. It's a nightmare. Run. Save yourself.
