Excellent service! Representatives were friendly and took care of me in a matter of minutes. The UPS store up york rd north was absolutely terrible. The stores are 2 miles away from each other. I highly recommend coming to this one instead.
This store is running a scam. If you have been a victim you should report it to the UPS shipping department and to the UPS corporate office. Note that these are different entities and both need to be notified: UPS shipping needs to be notified so that they can remove the store from their list of access points for delivery; UPS corporate needs to be notified so that they can discipline the store manager. The scam runs as follows: employees will charge UPS My Choice customers a fee for in-store pick-up. This is not a legitimate charge. If you were ever charged for in-store pick-up for My Choice deliveries demand your money back and demand action from the administration.
Person that helped me out was very nice, however other man behind the counter was quite rude. Hollered that I "was going to rip the envelope" that I was putting a textbook in and to "get a bigger one" however it fit just fine, with room to spare. Unfortunately I was unable to show him because he was with another customer, being sassy to him as well. Next time I'll go to another UPS nearby with a friendlier staff!
Pulled up to this location at 6:50pm. Sign says they are open until 7:00. Person was still standing behind the counter. After knocking on the door he insisted that they were closed. I pointed to the hours on the door. Didn't seem to care at all. How's that for customer service.
William helped me out every time I shipped something out. He's well-trained and willing to serve his customers w/ passion. So I like this place basically because of him.
