Extremely nice and knowledgeable sales people. Jeanne gave me lots of time to browse and showed me options that were exactly my style. Alan also made me feel very comfortable and offered great design options. Jeffrey even moved a coffee table so I could visualize it with my sofa choice. I highly recommend the Timonium store!
My leather couch from a different store was completely shot so we decided to go to Lazy Boy to replace it with better quality furniture. I did a little research on their website to check out their products & fell in love with the Duo line. Our salesperson was a lovely young woman named Ida. When we told Ida we had cats she directed us to the best fabric & detailed how each of the fabrics offered would be affected by cats being on the furniture. When I told her I had a bad back she also pointed out the differences in the foams used in the different lines furniture & had me sit on each to see for myself which clinched the Duo line for me. She also asked my husband if he was a veteran, which he is, & told him about the veteran’s discount. I will only shop here from now on! I loved how knowledgeable & helpful Ida was. Such a very pleasant shopping experience! I can’t wait to get my furniture!
What a wonderful experience I had at La-Z-Boy. My encounter with the manager Alan Schrum in the Timonium store was excellent. He was extremely kind and generous with his time and knowledge. He answered all my questions and help me with GREAT ideas for my new home. He showed me how I could choose options and colors that would meet my needs, a big change from what I thought was traditional La-Z-Boy. His ideas were bright and fresh and modern but still held that quality that is synonymous with the La-Z-Boy name. I look forward to doing business with him in the future.
The La-Z-Boy store in Timonium, Maryland gave me excellent sales service. This store is not closest to my home, however I came to this store with the hopes of finding better sales people than the other location. I was very happy the help in see ting a recliner and with the straight forward sales. The manager Alan was especially helpful. I will do the extra drive in the future.
