The front desk were friendly and my room was clean and cozy ! Im definitely staying here again on my next work trip !
Stayed here for one night. It's my second time staying here and my overall experience was wonderful. I gave it a 4 because the bathroom in the room I stayed in was dated and not what I expected from Holiday Inn.
This place has put in a hard line policy of $40 incidental hold per night. I HAVE STAYED at THIS LOCATION BEFORE. Twice. Each time they held $15 per night, which is standard. With no room service, no in-house dining facility, and no spa or entertainment attachment, with a non urban/resort/prime location, $40 per night is ASTONISHINGLY HIGH. Comparable hotels within 5 miles radius holds $15-25 per night, as this hotel did before this new policy. I made the reservation for a weekend getaway (2 nights, Fri and Sat), they asked for $80 of incidental, for a suburban holiday inn. I had my weekend planned and didn't want to have $80 held for 5 days. So I walked out, and they charged me for 1 night. While I understand they had the right to charge me for 1 night rate because a walk out is same as last second cancellation, the new policy on incidental is not remotely fair. I WILL NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn again.
The staff at the hotel was fantastic. Very helpful and kind. The property itself is unfortunately tired and well worn. Furniture and fixtures need total replacement. Carpets thread bare. Towels and beds were great! You have great staff, please show some love to your physical facility.
Great breakfast ! Worth the $5!! Its a full buffet and they even have menu's you can order from !
