I was in search of a simple stationary bike for my home and happened to go into the Gym Source, not knowing that they sell mostly high end gym equipment. The sales person listened carefully to what I was looking for and gave me straightforward advice which included other retailers where I might find something more suitable to my needs and budget. But then I spotted a Schwinn Airdyne and tried it out. Again, the sales person gave me his honest appraisal of the pros and cons of the bike, with no pressure to purchase. This allowed me to make my own decision, which in the end was to get it. They even matched the online price for the bike. Delivery of the bike was timely and the guys assembled it and carried to my 2nd floor room. I am loving the bike and appreciate the smooth and professional treatment from the beginning to the end.
