The worst customer experience imaginable and horrendous pricing. Took 3 months from the day we walked into the Timonium store until the time we received our $7k order. The salesperson, Tammy, paid little attention to detail, gave us a catalog of unavailable items, took 3x as long as normal responses. Their markup is higher than any of the others (tried charging $105/SF for a basic granite sink counter-top). No G.C. discount even with a direct referral.
We were told explicitly to order freely as anything can be returned (total lie). We were sold a $2,700 tub which wouldn't work for our situation since we were not given the requested specs. First we were told it's not returnable, then it could be with 35% ($945) re-stocking fee and $250 freight charge, and it was never taken out of the box. I showed the emails to the manager, Mary, which clearly show the misinformation we were given, and no help. No where on their invoices or emails did it say anything about non-returnable items/re-stocking fees.
Two Gentlemen working the counter were super helpful. They answered all of our questions and even took us into the showroom to show me and my two little boys all the different toilet options
