Staff was polite, and I was seen pretty quickly, within 5 minutes after checking in. I had to get my blood drawn and usually hate the pain and the experience. Dwayne made my visit so comfortable, and I barely even felt it at all. He is definitely the best! Wish I could always get my blood drawn with only him! Doctor was so friendly too, definitely recommend this urgent care.
I got a call from the camp nurse that my 13 yo daughter had a probable skin infection and needed to be examined and likely prescribed an antibiotic. Camp is 90 mins from home, so I had no idea where to go. I found AFC Doctors Express via Google and took her there based on all the positive reviews. We had a terrific experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The waiting area is comfortable and welcoming. My daughter was seen quickly by a personable and experienced PA in a well equipped and immaculate exam room. They phoned in the prescription to a nearby pharmacy, and they submitted the visit paperwork directly to our insurance company. I absolutely recommend this urgent care facility for anyone who needs medical help.
Being a business owner myself I would give this establishment a 4.75 stars. I'm not sure what the cost will come to but the service was good. The only negative that took away from the 5 star experience was when I walked in to talk with the front desk. There were two people present. The person behind the counter greeted me, however she answered the phone in mid conversation. If it were me and I started a conversation with a client. If I were expecting an important phone, before answering I would have simply asked my work mate, "Could you take care of this customer please?". The other person did respond. But it would have been much more respectful. Anyway I did like this place. I will come if I need to.
Excellent staff and very fast service. Dr. St. Ours was great, he took the time to explain test results and offered various medication options, explaining each one. He was friendly, patient, and a true professional.
I love this place! They are all friendly , thorough and great with follow ups. I never wait long, and it's extremely clean . I highly recommend this place
