I've been going to ProMd Health for my lips and Botox for a while now. I just finished my first treatment of the Sculptra Butt Lift, and I couldn't be anymore pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, Dr. Gavrila and his staff showed nothing but pure excitement for this new procedure. They made sure I was comfortable the whole entire time. Dr. Gavrila explained the treatment in detail beforehand and every step of the way during. He made sure any pain that I felt was extremely minimal. I felt that his staff were all genuine and care a lot about their patients. I absolutely LOVE my results! I highly recommend coming here, they really know their craft- you will not be disappointed. :)
I had never done botox before so I was pretty nervous about trying something so new for me but after seeing Dr. Gavrila I knew I was in the very best hands. He was professional, patient and knew exactly what to do to make it the very best experience for the first time patient. It didn't hurt a bit and looks amazing still to this day. My face looks so natural and honestly better than ever and I know it is thanks to a doctor that knows exactly what he is doing and is first class in the industry. ProMD Health is excellent. I've been very impressed by Dr. Gavrila so far -- he's generous with his time, he genuinely wants to help his patients, and he definitely knows his stuff! His staff is very courteous and responsive, and working with the whole team has been an easy, pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
Friendly staff, seems knowledgeable and good at what they do. They only lose a star because I've had to wait over 30 minutes 2 out of 3 times I've visited.
I saw a ads on groupon for $149 for Botox dysport, I call the office to make an appointment they told me it cheaper in the office, so I went to the office I had a bad experience , They were trying to sell me something that I did not want for over $300 , I specifically requested a certain treatment, I was told were not doing that, was very uncomfortable I was left in the office for over 40 minutes before someone came the advertisement was for two units of Botox for 139 but they only use one unit The other unit was sitting on the counter, I need my money back please don't go to these people who are not Doctor's , they will jack your face up. They are a bunch of thieves.
