This store is heads and shoulders over other lumber stores we visited - highly recommend if you want beautiful wood, knowledgeable staff and great service.
Very very nice guy and amazing selection of wood. Amazing live edge slabs, exotics and domestics. Compared to other places, his boards are stored very neatly and most are not as warped and bowed as other places.
We were impressed with the incredible wood at Freestate Timbers. We bought two planks for floating shelves that when they finished looked far better than usual ones at Ikea or Home Depot. Josh also recommended a cabinet maker in his complex who hung the shelves perfectly.
