I have to warn you if you take your business here DO NOT SPEAK TO ASHLEY OR THE SALES LEAD MANAGER ! there is this worker named Ashley who is entirely disrespectful & has a nasty attitude , she avoided helping me and said she was going to lunch and left into the back with a older man who had claimed to be the sales manager I just think she gives poor help and has a very nasty attitude and instead of helping me she was following around the older male who claimed he was a sales manager I just think that is very unprofessional that you can follow around another worker instead of helping your customers , However I had to give some stars cause not every worker was that foul there is a worker by the name Anita I think and she came to me very respectful and full of smiles , she helped me every step of the way and was actually helping me for over an hour and didn't leave my side she was such a sweet young girl with a beautiful smile I would recommend for you guys to ask her for help if needed .
This store always has everything I need! It was a little weird at first because it was so empty, but out of the silence I heard a sweet voice greet me by saying hello welcome to sears outlet(it was ashley she was putting a package together or something) but Nita came over and spoke to us as well.Nita can be a little talkative but she doesn’t really know everything she needs to know so she kept calling an associate by the name of Ashley! Ashley was very friendly,has a great smile, and was very knowledgeable of all the appliances and plans that they have in the store! Nita just needs to keep sticking with Ashley so she can know what she knows! Ashley also shares the same name as me. Ashley was very fluent and fast in ringing us up . Ashley and Nita makes this store run great their personalities brighten up the place and they get along so well. Oh and also the loader guy named Zack was awesome and fast with putting my appliances in the back of my vehicle. If you every need and appliance or just need help with a question just call and talk to them at sears outlet in timonium. I will definitely be back again!!!
I purchased 3 washers and 3 dryers from this store back in January of this year. No issues.
Just purchased 3 more washers and 3 more dryers. One of the dryers needed to be returned because of a bad drum. This was verified by a service tech and Scott told me to come on up to the store and pick out another one. Not to Scott's fault, the replacement was even worse. Scott didn't make us wait for a return trip for the service tech - he respected our business relationship and handled the replacement over the phone. He has been polite and courteous the entire time. I look forward to working with him as we renovate more apartments in the area.
We were looking to replace a twin mattress and found a very high quality mattress and box spring for a phenomenal price. Very efficient staff and quick load into our vehicle.
One girl was sitting down texting and the other was as ghetto and rude as I have ever experianced. We were looking at dishwashers and she kept saying “Jesus Christ you have a lot of people with you” ( we had small children with us and I thought that was insnane to here. Then she asked if we were taking the item home if we bought it bc we looked like truck drivers. A real piece of work. Trashy mouth and would he shocked if she had graduated high school. Not only was the help pathetic and rude but dishwashers listed as 40% off with dents on them were more expensive then brand new ones at HD. Literaly looked there before trying Sears outlet. Wouldnt go back if they were free. Stay away.
