Not a very nice place. Didnt even want to give 1 star, but no other option. Was offered a promotion that am now being told was not valid at the time. Gave the run around. Always seems to want to show how wonderful they are, but never pans out the way they say. After many years as an AT&T customer, can't take anymore.
This is by far one of the worst ATT stores I have dealt with through the 15 years I have been with ATT. Incompetent and impolite personnel who are more willing to bully you than help you to hide their lake of knowledge and expertise.
Worst ATT stores
Sat there for over 3 hours. Lady helping us had no idea what she was doing, promised us we had two upgrades. Picked out our phones and opened them then she told us we actually don’t have upgrades and there is nothing she can do. We’re switching to Verizon. Absolutely horrible service and no management to help out.
After moving back here to Baltimore I needed reliable cell phone service as well as advice on not only what was the best product and more money, but instead I was directed towards a phone that was right for me and my needs. Their patience and professionalism are great every time i go there. Recommended.
Last night, I went to this store to pay off iPhone x I have bought online and possibly unlock it so I could take it overseas. The ATT lady who was tending to the customers didn’t want to hear anything except her command immediately told me I should go online to resolve that problem. When I tried to explain that I have been told differently at least twice, she didn’t want to hear that anything contrary to her command and she kicked me and my wife out of the store.
This used to be a good store till ATT hired new inexperienced (probably low salary) people who just try to avoid customers and their phone issues.
I had to drive to another ATT store (in Towson Mall) and contrary to her advice ; pay off the rest of money I owed and get instruction on why I should come back to store after 48 hours and unlock my phone.
Had a 10am appointment, but since I didn’t over run the person in line to enter before me I didn’t get my appointment time and was told to wait. I scheduled an appointment after waiting almost an hour the day before to eliminate this potential issue.
