Super easy to make an appointment online and save $10 to have my cellphone battery replaced. CSR Mike was professional and respectful with me and my mother. From beginning to end it took about 15-20 minutes. I would definitely go to Batteries and Bulbs again.
I brought in my headlamp to have a troubleshoot done on the rechargeable batteries versus the light itself. The technician really did spend time looking at all angles in testing all terminals to where the failure would be. He found a loose solder connection for the switch. After only 15 minutes, the headlamp was working again! He did a really great job.
