I can't decide whether i was lied to or if the store personnel are just clueless, but the account credit and billing balance quoted was SIGNIFICANTLY different from the balance on the bill received. The Sprint service is fine, but i would recommend anyone switching review their bill carefully and not accept what they are told at face value. Also, AVOID THIS STORE!!
