Shop here few times a year. Like the place. Store associates are helpful. Store pickup for online orders could be improved a little. Wait is little longer than I would like. Has lots of parking.
Store is easy to navigate and find things because of large signs. Never a line your ready to step up to the cash register. Employees are friendly and approach you to see if you need help.
I don't know what problem the young lady at customer service today had. There is a sign in front of the line to have your id ready. So I was about to hand it to her, she acts like it's diseased or something. Wouldn't even touch it. And coldly asks what I'm returning, and then has this attitude like I'm about to scam her. If you're unhappy with the store's return policy, don't take it out on the customers. I returned my purchase 12 days after purchase, fully within the acceptable time. I work in NYC part of the time, so i bought the device at a NYC store. It is also perfectly acceptable to return a purchase to any store. If you're unhappy with your job, don't take that out on the customers either.
A go-to place for electronics, but be aware that the staff walking around to help aren't necessarily trained on everything you're looking to buy. I had a really good experience with the Geek Squad, however. The guy looking at my phone had to go get a second opinion a few times, which made things take longer than they probably had to, but in hindsight it's a good idea to double check your work so good for him.
Helpful and friendly people. Good deals but can still be a little pricey. Large selection of products (versatile) and large selection of brand names. They also offer a great warranty program and it doesn't cost a lot. Which gives peace of mind. Lots of parking and Petco is next door. Great location close to a lot of many shopping options.
